Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Vic.,
cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law
of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other
persons having any claims or demands upon or
against the estate of Charles John Laidman, formerly of
the city of Exeter, afterwards of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, in
the county of Northumberland, but late of the city of
Exeter, Gentleman, deceased (who died on the 8th day of
September, 1874, at No. 9, Bedford-circus, in Exeter afore-
said, intestate, and of whose personal estate and effects
letters of administration were granted out of the District
Registry attached to Her Majesty's Court of'Probate at
Exeter, on the 8th day of October, 1874, to me, the under-
signed, John Laidman, of the city of Exeter, Gentleman,
the father of the deceased), are hereby required to send
the full particulars, in writing, of such claims and demands
to me, at my office, No. 9, Bedford-circus, Exeter, on or
before the 17th day of December, 1874, after which last-
named day I, the said administrator, shall proceed to dis-
tribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons
entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims,
and demands of which I shall then have had notice, and I,
the said administrator, will not be answerable or account-
able to any person or persons of whose debts, claims, and
demands I shall not then have had notice.—Dated this
31st day of October, 1874.
