Mary Isabel gave her age as 21 on marriage and this feels right but on her death in 1972 her birth was given as ca 1886. As the death was Newcastle T. RD and there are no other Mary I.'s I am inclined not to accept this but to accept the age she gave on marriage - though wouldn't you have thought her husband would have known!
